Meal prep week of 4/9/2017 – General Tso’s tofu; Marinated baked wings in a zesty dry rub; breakfast-stuffed peppers; low-carb muesli

This week I’m prepping for two weeks since next week is Easter, and I will be out-of-town for a few days and don’t want to come back unprepared ┬áPlus, I welcomed back an old friend – cereal!

So, on the menu for this week and next are the following:
