Boo Boo and I are busy people, and we ended up basically repeating much of what we did last week with just a few twists.
- For breakfast, we had chicken sausage with low-fat mozzarella and mixed fruit.
- For lunch, we had wraps made up of sliced turkey and chicken with a side of SunChips.
- For dinner, we had shrimp and turkey philly wraps.
For breakfast, we caught a great sale at Publix for their Greenwise All Natural Smoked Chicken Sausage. They had several flavors, including Italian, Apple and Gouda, and Roasted Red Pepper and Queso Fresco. We snatched up a few of each, and I made the Roasted Rep Pepper and Queso Fresco sausages for this week’s breakfast in the airfryer. They were TASTY! And of course I had them paired with Essential Everyday Brand low-fat mozzarella and a mix of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
For lunch, I brought two packs of Publix sliced turkey and sliced chicken sandwich deli meat, which I used for wraps. I made the wraps with mayo, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and Flatout Flatbread Light Italian Flavor Wraps. Boo Boo likes to give his a little more kick with adding some Everyday Essential Sriracha Mustard, but I’m not a big fan of it. And we also included provolone cheese, and at them with a side of SunChips.
For dinner, we had ground turkey and shrimp philly wraps. Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of this…but Boo Boo made up a concoction where he made some ground turkey with a mix of his own special blend of seasonings (which usually includes Adobo, minced garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder), and did the same for the shrimp. It had a mild enough taste to where it tasted more like a philly than a fajita or burrito.
